Well, in our opinion, it’s simple. No other tour company knows the Macedon Ranges like we do and no other company will open the doors that we can.
We’ll share our knowledge and use our extensive network to give you an insight into what makes the Macedon Ranges tick.
We’ll get you into kitchens, amongst the vines, into production areas, behind the hedges of private gardens….we can even get you in to our mates’ private zoo so you can cuddle a koala.
At The Regional Wanderer, we’ve teamed up with and will introduce you to the passionate people that make this region what it is.
In many cases and most importantly too, we’ll get you access to experiences that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to achieve as a free and independent traveller. We’ll take you to places you may have heard of and others you may not have.
We specialise in small group adventures of up to only 11 people, because let’s face it, anything larger and the experience is diluted. So, if you’re looking to get under the skin of our region, then this is how you’re going to do it.
We offer a diverse range of tours that delve deeper than the sheer beauty of our local landscape, and we mix it up so that our adventures are always evolving. These are often dictated by the seasons, and we’ve got four very distinct ones.
Our tours aren’t boring – they’re fun, educational, well-paced and easy going…….and you’ll always be greeted with a smile, that’s a guarantee.
They’re operated in our comfortable, late model vehicles, where we’ll pick you up from your accommodation in the Macedon Ranges, from the Daylesford Visitor Information Centre (Vincent St), or if you’re staying outside of the region, we’ll coordinate a time and be waiting to greet you when you arrive on the V/Line train.
And of course, if you’re looking for your own private tour, we’ll pick you up from the Macedon Ranges or further afield and tailor some touring options that will coax you back for more.
